She started her career at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where she supported young academics in their career start. She gained her broad knowledge of HR issues in the HR department at Philipps. As a partner in an executive search firm, she has helped many specialists and managers find the right job and supported companies in recruiting the right employees.
